Concrete Solution Systems solves sinking and settling concrete issues throughout the greater Portland area. Established in 2000 by Geoff Larrance (pictured below), they pride themselves on their experience, integrity, craftsmanship, and professionalism.

In OR & WA, they operate throughout Vancouver, Portland, Salem, and surrounding towns such as Olympia, Beaverton, Bend, Hillsboro, Corvallis, Tacoma, Gresham.

About The Owner

Geoff Larrance has worked in the construction industry here in Portland for over 20 years. He has vast experience and knowledge in project management, site excavation, soil erosion, jurisdictional requirements, building codes, Structural and Civil Engineering methods, and building design. Geoff has earned a reputation with his customers for always putting them first and is committed to finding the best solutions for their home or property issues.

Geoff lives in Tigard, OR with his wife and two boys. He loves sports, coaching, fly-fishing and skiing.

What They Do

Concrete Solution Systems repairs and restores sinking and settling concrete utilizing the Polyurethane System from HMI. As part of the HMI national network of dealers, the Concrete Solution Systems team has been extensively trained and has access to a host of state-of-the-art repair products.

In addition to offering repair and restoration solutions for concrete issues, they handle earthquake retrofitting as well as interior and exterior waterproofing.
